Our Store Policies are Simple.

Casa del Shai products are on Direct Delivery at the Marketplace and available in our inworld store at Straylight.

For item misdeliveries from the Marketplace, please write Shai Delacroix/Sou Madrigal an instant message, stating your transaction ID and date of purchase.

If you feel more comfortable with a notecard, you can also drop Shai Delacroix your inquiry with your name on the notecard. (I prefer messages as these go to my email directly.)

All items are original artworks. My source files are saved in layered formats embedded with watermarks to prevent copy theft. If you think you’ve seen my work misrepresented, please send me a notecard describing the incident.
